Our founder Diane has a background in teaching children 3-18, with 20 years teaching experience and as a mindfulness teacher & coach, Dianes vast knowledge and passion for education shines through in all she does. She is one of the worlds true nurturers, with an exceptional ability to help others reach thier full potential and allow their best selves shine through. Her drive and motivation combined with her kind and compassionate nature make her a natural leader. Diane is passionate about helping others become mentally and physically their best through the programs she teachers and courses she has created. Her genuine positivity always leaves a Sparkl on the lives of others.
